Die 28. DICE Awards feierten aus dem Jahr 2024 das Beste in Videospielen. Astro Bot dominierte die Nacht und gewann das Spiel des Jahres zusammen mit herausragenden Leistungen in der Animation, hervorragenden technischen Leistungen, Familienspiele des Jahres und herausragende Leistungen im Spieledesign. Helldivers 2 erhielt vier Auszeichnungen: herausragende Leistungen in der Originalmusikkomposition, herausragende Leistungen im Audiodesign, in der Actionspiel des Jahres und im Online -Spiel des Jahres. Balatro und Indiana Jones und der Großkreis nahmen jeweils drei Auszeichnungen mit nach Hause.
