Pokémon Go läutet das Jahr 2025 mit einem Neujahrsevent ein! Auch wenn es an neuen Pokémon, Shiny-Varianten oder Kostümen mangelt, bietet Niantic dennoch festlichen Spaß. Die Veranstaltung läuft vom 30. Dezember 2024, 10:00 Uhr, bis zum 1. Januar 2025, 20:00 Uhr.

Erwarten Sie erhöhte Shiny-Raten für wilde Spawns von Jigglypuff (mit einer Schleife), Hoothoot (im Neujahrsoutfit) und Wurmple (im Partyhut). Zu den Boni gehören 2.025 XP für hervorragende Würfe und ein feierliches Feuerwerk.

In den Raids gibt es ein Schneeflocken tragendes Pikachu (Stufe eins) sowie Raticate und Wobbuffet mit Partyhüten (Stufe drei), ebenfalls mit erhöhten Shiny-Chancen. Feldforschung und PokéStop-Showcases bieten weitere thematische Begegnungen.

Die kostenpflichtige Eggs-pedition Access-Veranstaltung beginnt ebenfalls am 1. Januar und dauert den gesamten Monat. Für 4,99 $ schalten Spieler einen erhöhten Geschenkspeicher (bis zu 40), tägliche Geschenköffnungslimits (bis zu 50) und den verstärkten Erwerb von Geschenken von Foto-Discs (150) frei.
