◆ About Cancellation of Regular Subscription
- To stop automatic billing, cancel the "BLUE Membership" automatic billing registration in your Google account at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Note that there is no stop function within the app itself.
- Current "BLUE Membership" registrations cannot be stopped during the expiration period and will continue until the end date.
- If there are issues with the customer's payment method or system errors on Google's side during "BLUE Membership" renewal, the membership will be canceled or suspended by Google.
