Discover the hidden words

Each day, uncover secret words before the clock runs out. To play, enter as many guesses as you like: each word is given a score from -100% to 100%, reflecting how close it is to the secret word. Figure out what your highest-scoring guesses have in common to find the solution.

The similarity between two words is not based on spelling, but on context. Scores are calculated using a vast corpus of thousands of texts, totaling billions of words, which reveals which terms frequently appear together. This is why a word and its opposite can be considered "close" in Cemantik.

The secret words to find are often simple and familiar. They are in singular form, unless the plural version is significantly more common.

• Guess several secret words daily, each with varying difficulty, available in both English and French.

• The weekly challenge with "hidden scores" increases difficulty by concealing all scoring and progress bars.

• Earn points by playing regularly and solving puzzles. You can then spend them on hints.

• Check the statistics to see how many players found each secret word and their average number of attempts.

• Share your victory certificate with friends to show you solved a puzzle before they did or in fewer tries.

• Unlock achievements and climb the leaderboards with Play Games.

• Collaborate with other players in community games! In this mode, you can see the words others have tested before making your own guess.

• Play live multiplayer with friends and against rivals: your team sees each other's guesses, while opponents' progress is shown without revealing their words. This is a subscriber-only feature.

• Challenge friends to guess your own bespoke secret words. Subscribers can create custom private games for their multiplayer rooms.

All daily games end at midnight, French time.
