Application Description Rotterdam Belote: Play against your phone or tablet.
Belote is a four-player card game. Teammates sit opposite each other as partners. A 32-card deck is used (ranging from 7 through Ace). The goal is for your team to score more points than the opposing team. A round begins by selecting a trump suit. You "play" when you believe your team can earn over half of the available points with the chosen trump. You "apply" when you think you cannot reach that score.
