Following in the footsteps of *Tactics* and *Redemption*, *Ash of Gods: The Way* refines the tactical card combat genre while deepening its storytelling. Players can now craft decks using warriors, gear, and spells from four distinct factions. The game offers a variety of tournaments with unique enemies, battlefields, and rules, allowing you to use two decks across five factions and navigate towards one of thirty-two possible endings.

In *Ash of Gods: The Way*, you assume the role of Finn, leading a trio on a mission into enemy territory to compete in war game tournaments. The journey is enriched with voice-acted visual novel segments that draw you into the story. The dialogues, much like in previous *Ash of Gods* titles, are engaging, with characters that come to life through their interactions, debates, and camaraderie.

As you advance, you'll unlock and upgrade four different deck types. Starting with the Berkanan and Bandit decks, you'll then access the highly defensive Frisian deck, followed by the Gellians deck, known for its aggressive, fast-moving, high-damage minions.
