Panam Palmer is one of the most intriguing romance options for V in Cyberpunk 2077, offering a deep and rewarding relationship that unfolds through a series of engaging quests. Winning over Panam, a fiery and independent member of the Aldecaldos, is no easy task, but it's a journey well worth taking in the harsh landscape of Night City.
To start your romantic journey with Panam, you'll need to progress into Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077. It's crucial to choose the Male V Voice and Male V Body Type, as these are prerequisites for romancing Panam. Below, you'll find a detailed guide on every mission required to build a relationship with her.
Ghost Town is a pivotal Main Job that you'll encounter after the Playing for Time quest at the start of Act 2. This mission introduces you to Panam through Johnny Silverhand's old flame, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife. Rogue will direct you to meet Panam, a Nomad with a mission to retrieve her stolen car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge.
Your initial interaction with Panam might be rocky, but agreeing to help her recover her car sets the stage for a potential romance. Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach at Rocky Ridge, the key moment comes when Panam seeks your help for revenge against Nash. When she asks about her vengeance, respond with, "OK. So where's this hideout?" This leads you to the Raffen Shiv hideout to confront Nash and his goons. After the mission, ask Panam, "Feel better now?" and celebrate at the Sunset Motel's bar.
At the bar, toast with Panam by choosing either:
After a brief chat, flirt with Panam when she mentions getting a room by suggesting, "Maybe we get just one room?" Although she might not catch your drift immediately, it's a step in the right direction. End the mission by heading to sleep at the motel.
After waking up at the Sunset Motel, head to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. Here, you'll assist Panam in her quest to bring down the Kang Tao AV and kidnap Anders Hellman. Stick close to Panam and follow her instructions to smoothly transition into the next mission, Life During Wartime.
In this mission, you'll head to the crashed Kang Tao AV with Panam to rescue Mitch. It doesn't matter who shoots the Kang Tao guard, but show empathy by choosing, "I'm sorry about Scorpion," when discussing the loss. When deciding whether to ask Panam for help or let Mitch stay, the choice doesn't impact the romance. However, when confronted by Saul and the Aldecaldos at the gas station, defend Panam by saying, "It really wasn't Panam's fault."
After the mission, respond to Panam's message with, "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, complete other missions, and wait for Panam's call to start Riders of the Storm. Remember, you must head to the Aldecaldos Camp within 24 in-game hours to keep the romance path open.
Upon arriving at the Aldecaldos Camp, you'll learn that Saul has been kidnapped by the Wraiths. When Panam asks for your help, affirm your friendship by saying, "We're chooms, that's why," and opt to ride with her by choosing, "Yeah, 'course."
Your mission is to infiltrate the Wraith's compound and rescue Saul. Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach, the goal is to reach the basement and save Saul. After escaping into the sandstorm, mediate an argument between Panam and Saul by saying:
This gives you some alone time with Panam, where you can flirt by choosing:
Although Panam might reject your advances initially, the next morning, stop her before she leaves and say, "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This leads to a kiss, solidifying your bond as she rides off into the Badlands.
After a few in-game days, Panam will call you back to the Aldecaldos Camp for the mission With a Little Help from My Friends. Agree to help her by selecting, "OK, I'm in," and choose to ride with her by saying, "I'm riding with you."
At the trainyard, climb the tower with Panam and engage in a heartfelt conversation, choosing:
This conversation deepens your connection. After leaving the tower, join the Aldecaldos campfire and choose, "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold," to further your romance. Complete the mission as instructed.
After With a Little Help from My Friends, wait an in-game day away from the Aldecaldos Camp, completing other missions until Panam calls you back. Head to Panam and enter the Basilisk, then flirt by saying, "Nice and cozy in here."
After driving the Basilisk and shooting abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam by choosing, "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let's go." This leads to a love scene that solidifies your relationship.
Back at the Aldecaldos Camp, continue the dialogue with:
After waking up from the Relic's malfunction, agree to stay by saying, "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." As you walk to your vehicle with Panam, respond with:
This concludes Panam's romance quests, unlocking The Star ending and allowing you to continue your relationship with her.
Thanks to Cyberpunk 2077's Update 2.1, you can now enjoy the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House after romancing Panam. Respond to her message and invite her to any of V's apartments (except Dogtown) for a cozy night in, strengthening your bond further.
