Developed by FunPlus, this game brings together iconic heroes and villains in a battle against the multiversal menace, The Batman Who Laughs—a twisted version of Batman influenced by the Joker. Accompanied by a host of alternate universe Batmen, this villain presents a formidable challenge.
In DC: Dark Legion, players can assemble teams featuring legendary characters like Superman, Wonder Woman, and Batman, alongside their arch-nemeses. With an initial roster of 50 iconic characters and plans to expand to 200, you have the freedom to create your ultimate dream team—or nightmare squad.

Your base of operations in the game is an upgradable and expandable Batcave, serving as the hub for your resistance against The Batman Who Laughs. From here, you can deploy your customized team of heroes and villains into battle, facing off against either the game's AI-controlled forces or other players in PvP combat.
While DC: Dark Legion is a polished and well-designed entry in the genre, it's worth noting that similar games like Invincible: Guarding the Globe have not always captured sustained attention. This raises questions about whether fans are truly seeking these types of pseudo-strategy games, especially following the success of hero shooters like Marvel Rivals on PC.
