The Space-Time Smackdown set offers two distinct booster packs—one featuring Dialga, the other Palkia. Similar to the Genetic Apex set, card contents vary slightly between packs. To see the specific cards and their pull rates for each pack, simply hover over the pack on the booster pack selection screen and select "Offering Rates." This will display a complete list of included cards and their probabilities.
Remember, of the 207 cards in the set, only some are exclusive to one pack or the other. Prioritize packs containing your most sought-after exclusives.
Your pack selection in Pokémon TCG Pocket depends on your goals. Focus on the pack containing your favorite Pokémon, or prioritize packs with cards that synergize with your preferred battle strategy.
Dialga packs offer several key EX cards, including Dialga EX, Yanmega EX, Gallade EX, and Darkrai EX. Players building decks around these EX cards should prioritize Dialga packs. Additionally, exclusive illustration rares and Trainer cards, such as Dawn and Volkner, are only found in Dialga packs. Bidoof is also a Dialga pack exclusive.
To obtain Palkia EX, you'll need to open Palkia packs. While featuring fewer EX cards than Dialga packs, Palkia packs include Lickilicky EX, Weavile EX, and Mismagius EX. These cards offer potential for unique deck strategies. Exclusive Supporter cards Mars and Cynthia are also found only in Palkia packs.
Dialga packs are generally considered the more competitive option due to their high-power EX cards. However, Palkia packs offer strong Supporter cards and the potential for unique deck building.
Ultimately, choose the pack containing your most desired cards first. Save your Pack Hourglasses and Pack Points to complete your collection later.
