EvoCreo2 Devs Clarify Multiplayer, Shiny Rates, Cloud Saves FAQs

EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG, the much-anticipated sequel to the popular game EvoCreo, made its debut on Android just last week. The developers at ilmfinity, known for their work on Monster Adventure Games, have taken to Reddit to address the most pressing questions from the community and offer a glimpse into the future of the game.

If you're new to the game, EvoCreo2 is set in the captivating world of Shoru. Here, you'll embark on an adventure to catch, train, and battle with over 300 unique Creo creatures. Beyond the thrill of monster training, the game boasts a rich storyline where you begin as a recruit at the Shoru Police Academy. Your mission? To unravel the mystery behind the disappearance of monsters. Throughout your journey, you'll tackle more than 50 missions, uncover hidden secrets, and face fierce competitors in the battle arena.

Answers to the Most-Asked Questions About EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG

First and foremost, multiplayer mode is on the horizon, but the developers are prioritizing bug fixes and game balance before its release. Similarly, controller support and cloud saves are planned additions, though they won't be available immediately.

Many players are curious about the chances of encountering shiny Creo. The odds are set at a 0.2% chance for regular shinies, dropping to a mere 0.02% for the rare shinies. Unfortunately, starter Creo cannot be shiny.

The developers also shed light on what affects the capture rate of Creo. Lowering a Creo's HP and applying status conditions can increase your chances of a successful catch. However, capturing rare, high-level, or shiny Creo remains a challenging task due to their inherently lower capture rates.

Looking ahead, the roadmap for EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG is clear. The initial months will focus on refining the game. Following this phase, cloud saves and controller support will be introduced, paving the way for more story content and, eventually, the much-awaited multiplayer feature.

While you await these exciting updates, you can dive into EvoCreo2: Monster Trainer RPG, available now on the Google Play Store.
