Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung, known for their work on the Construction Simulator series, along with publisher astragon, have unveiled Firefighting Simulator: Ignite. This upcoming simulation game, powered by Unreal Engine 5, immerses players in the intense world of firefighting. Scheduled for release in Fall 2025, the game will be available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S, allowing players to step into the boots of a firefighter tackling various emergencies from rescuing trapped individuals to managing complex fire scenarios involving electrical blazes, flammable liquids, grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game also supports four-player co-op, enhancing the team-based nature of firefighting.

Firefighting Simulator: Ignite aims to deliver a highly realistic experience with advanced physics for fire, smoke, and heat. The game's commitment to authenticity is further evidenced by the inclusion of officially licensed firefighting equipment and tools from top brands such as HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL. Players will have access to a variety of tools including fire hoses, saws, Halligan tools, axes, and extinguishers, as well as personal protective equipment. Additionally, the game features authentic fire trucks from Rosenbauer America, such as the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the brand-new RTX, adding to the immersive experience.
