Get ready for a dazzling update in Pokémon TCG Pocket with the introduction of Shiny Pokémon! The Pokémon Company has unveiled the Shining Revelry expansion, bringing the sparkle of Shiny versions into the digital card game.
Mark your calendars for March 27th, 2025, as the Shining Revelry expansion launches. This update is loaded with excitement, featuring over 110 new cards. You can look forward to pulling Shiny versions of fan-favorites like Charizard ex, Lucario ex, and Pachirisu. The new digital format will make these Shiny cards shimmer when tilted, adding a vibrant touch to your collection. Starting April 1st, you can also grab a Shiny Charizard-themed display board and binder.
In addition to Shiny Pokémon, characters from Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, including Pokémon and Trainers, will join the fray. Cards featuring Tatsugiri, Sprigatito, and Iono will also make their debut. From March 28th to April 27th, new ex Starter Deck missions will be available, offering a chance to earn a deck ticket that can be exchanged for one of nine starter decks. The first season will commence on March 28th and continue until April 27th, featuring cards from the Shining Revelry expansion. You'll be matched with opponents of similar skill levels, ensuring a challenging yet fair competition.
