Pokémon Presents Event Scheduled for Next Week

The Pokémon Company has exciting news for fans as they've announced a Pokémon Presents event scheduled for next week, in celebration of Pokémon Day. This event is set to take place on February 27, 2025, and will be available to watch live on the Pokémon YouTube channel at 6am Pacific Time, 9am Eastern Time, and 2pm UK Time.

While the exact content of the event remains under wraps, enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating any news regarding the next mainline Pokémon game, which has yet to be officially unveiled. The Pokémon Company has already teased fans with a spin-off title, Pokémon Legends: Z-A, slated for release in 2025. However, details about the next generation of Pokémon games are still shrouded in mystery.

These Pokémon Presents events are known for covering updates across various Pokémon titles, including Pokémon Unite, Pokémon Sleep, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon Masters EX. Additionally, we can expect to hear more about the recently launched Pokémon TCG Pocket, as well as developments in the physical Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Reflecting on last year's event, which occurred around the same time, The Pokémon Company unveiled the new Legends game, announced Tera Raid Battle events for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, and shared details about the Pokémon Trading Card Game's mobile version. In contrast to previous years that featured multiple events, 2024 saw only one Pokémon Presents and marked the first year since 2015 without a major Pokémon game release.
