"Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed: First Global Collab with Ezio"

Back in January, Bluepoch Games announced an exciting collaboration that has now evolved into a detailed crossover event. The much-anticipated Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed crossover will feature the iconic Ezio as a playable character, bringing the worlds of these beloved franchises together.

Collaborating with Ubisoft, the event will celebrate two fan-favorite Assassin’s Creed titles: Assassin’s Creed II and Odyssey. The initial teaser, released in January, showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the unmistakable Assassin’s Creed logo glowing in the background, setting the stage for what's to come.

Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!

The comprehensive rollout plan is now public, with the crossover event slated to launch on Android, iOS, and PC in August 2025. Apart from the legendary Ezio Auditore da Firenze, fans have much more to anticipate from this Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration.

The event unfolds in two distinct phases, each introducing unique Assassin’s Creed-themed narratives and events. Phase I transports players to the heart of Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the bustling streets of 15th-century Italy, deciphering mysterious clues.

Phase II shifts the scene to the ancient world of Greece, immersing players in the environment of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey. If you're familiar with the game, you'll recognize some of the historical events that Vertin and her team will encounter.

It’s a Special Crossover

This crossover marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first instance where all global servers are synchronized, ensuring that players worldwide can access the event content simultaneously.

Reverse: 1999 is a time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. You assume the role of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who remains immune to the mysterious phenomenon known as The Storm. Following the storms, entire eras seem to vanish. Vertin, accompanied by her partner Sonetto, journeys through various time periods to rescue other arcanists affected by these temporal shifts.
