The wait is finally over! Parents and schools can now benefit from AVLView's highly anticipated School Bus module, available for download at app.avlview.com. This innovative app empowers schools to manage bus schedules, assign pickup and drop-off points, and keep parents informed about their children's bus journey in real-time.

Key features of the School Bus module in AVLView include:

• Scheduled Trips: Schools can create pre-scheduled trips for their buses, ensuring smooth operations.
• Route Assignment: Buses are assigned specific routes (route fences) to ensure they follow the designated path.
• Waypoints for Students: Student pick-up and drop-off points are added as waypoints for accurate tracking.
• Notification Alerts: School management receives alerts via SMS or email for schedule violations, such as time mismatches, route deviations, and missed stops.
• Student Management: Students can be added to the module with their grade information (e.g., VII C) and assigned to scheduled trips and specific stops.
• Multiple Trip Assignments: Students can have multiple trips assigned, typically at least two for pickup and drop-off.
• Trip-View on Map: A clear visualization of the route and stoppage points for student pick-up and drop-off is provided on the map.
• Parental Access: Parents have a sub-user account with live tracking of the school bus, providing real-time updates on their child's journey and estimated time of arrival at stops.

Parents will receive alerts for various scenarios, ensuring they stay informed about their child's safety and whereabouts:

• When a student fails to board or get off the bus.
• If a student boards the wrong bus or at the wrong stop.
• When a student gets off at an incorrect stop.
• As the bus approaches for pick-up or drop-off.
• When the bus is nearing the pick-up or drop-off points.
• Confirmation when a student is picked up or dropped off.
