Application Description
Classic game with bots or via local network (Lan, WiFi)
"Sea Battle" is a two-player strategy game where competitors take turns calling out coordinates on their opponent's hidden map.
If an enemy ship occupies the targeted cells, it is "sunk," and the shooter earns an additional turn. The primary objective is to destroy all opposing vessels before they sink yours.
The battlefield consists of a 10 × 10 grid for each participant, populated with a specific fleet arrangement:
- 1 ship spanning 4 cells (Battleship)
- 2 ships spanning 3 cells each (Cruisers)
- 3 ships spanning 2 cells each (Destroyers)
- 4 ships occupying a single cell each (Torpedo Boats)
Ships must be placed so that they do not touch one another, either at the edges or corners.
Besides your own deployment grid, an identical empty grid is displayed to track enemy shots. This represents the sea area where opponent vessels are hidden.
A "hit" on an enemy ship is marked with a cross (X) on their board, granting you another turn. A miss is indicated by a dot (.). The game continues until one player sinks all 10 opposing ships to win.
Enjoy single-player matches against AI bots of varying difficulty or compete locally via LAN and WiFi. No internet connection required!
LAN Options:
- Create a WiFi hotspot on one device and connect the other
- Connect both devices to the same router
