Discover the power of audio-visual lessons tailored for evangelism and foundational Bible teaching, meticulously crafted based on the Sunday School Lessons by the AIC Sunday School Committee, Juba, Southern Sudan. These lessons have been thoughtfully adapted for broader use by Global Recordings Network Australia, with the kind permission of the Africa Inland Church, Sudan. Specifically designed to be used in conjunction with the audio-visual picture books provided by Global Recordings Network, these lessons serve as an invaluable resource for educators and young teachers eager to make a spiritual impact.

The app is packed with features that enhance the teaching and learning experience:

• Comprehensive access to 226 Bible lessons, thoughtfully organized into 9 books
• Grounded in the acclaimed Good News and Look, Listen, and Live audio-visual programs from Global Recordings Network, also accessible through the 5fish app
• Efficient title search functionality to find lessons quickly
• Detailed teacher instructions for each lesson, ensuring clarity and ease of preparation
• The ability to play English audio recordings for each lesson story, making the content come alive
• Display of vivid pictures that complement each lesson story, enhancing visual engagement
• Offline usability (except for audio), allowing for flexible teaching environments

This innovative app focuses solely on the lesson segment of the Sunday School, with each session designed to last about twenty minutes. The rest of the Sunday School time, filled with singing, prayer, Bible reading, quizzes, and other engaging activities, is left for the teachers to creatively plan. To enrich the learning experience, we recommend concluding each lesson with a brief prayer and song that resonate with the week’s teaching. These lessons cater to a diverse age range of children, from 7 to 12 years old.

Initially tested by teachers who transcribed the lessons weekly into exercise books, these lessons were intentionally kept concise. While some have been expanded, the goal remains to provide a brief yet comprehensive framework that teachers can enrich during their preparation.

Each lesson begins with a clear aim to guide the teaching focus. Recognizing that it's impossible to convey the full truth about God in a single lesson, the approach is to highlight one or two key truths per session, helping children progressively deepen their understanding of God. The lessons are not intended to be read verbatim to the class but rather serve as a guiding tool—a walking stick for the teacher, not a crutch.
