Arise Crossover: Beginner's Guide (Beta)

Apr 07,2025 Author: Madison

*Arise Crossover* might seem straightforward at first glance, with its focus on collecting Shadow units to attack non-retaliating enemies, but as you delve deeper, the game's complexity becomes apparent. Many players, even those who've reached the endgame, find themselves puzzled about progression, leveling up, and choosing the right Shadows. If you're one of them, this guide is here to help you navigate through *Arise Crossover* with ease.

How Shadows Work in Arise Crossover

In *Arise Crossover*, each of the three islands offers several recruitable Shadows and one formidable dungeon Shadow. The weakest unit, Soondoo, is available from the start, while the strongest, Mifalcon, can be found on Brum Island. However, the key to success lies not just in the type of Shadow but in their ranks. A Rank A Soondoo will outperform a Rank D Mifalcon, and higher-ranked units can level up further. For instance, a Rank D unit tops out at Level 75, whereas an SS unit can reach Level 200. Your ultimate goal should be to assemble a team of four SS-ranked Mifalcons, but the journey to get there is where the real fun begins.

Dungeon Portals in *Arise Crossover* spawn every 30 minutes and remain open for 15 minutes. Even if you enter a dungeon just before it closes, you can complete it fully. These portals appear at various locations on each island with random difficulty ranks. Start by forming a team of Rank D units and tackle a Rank D or C dungeon on Leveling Island to build a solid foundation and possibly recruit a rare Shadow. Dungeons are your primary source for recruiting Rare Units and common units above Rank C.

When a portal spawns, seize the opportunity. Even if your team isn't strong enough, wait by the portal for a higher-level player to join. Many players can solo these dungeons and are often willing to help others through, allowing you to gain higher-ranking units. This community support is crucial for progressing in *Arise Crossover*. We've experienced this firsthand when a kind player helped us through a Rank A dungeon with our Rank C units, enabling us to recruit Rank A units and reach the endgame. We encourage you to pay it forward and help others as you advance.

Arise Crossover Weapons

During the Beta phase, player weapons in *Arise Crossover* are largely ineffective. While they might offer a slight advantage early on, their impact diminishes quickly. The Iron Kando Blade, the most powerful common weapon, costs 60 million and deals 516,1K damage, which pales in comparison to the millions of damage your units can inflict. Unless you're willing to spend heavily, it's best to save your money until future updates enhance weapon utility.

How to Get a Mount in Arise Crossover

Wild mounts spawn every 15 minutes, and only one player per server can attempt to claim each one. A server-wide message alerts players to a new mount's appearance, but you won't be notified if someone else claims it or if it disappears. Mounts can appear in six different locations: on the back of the main islands or on smaller side islands between them. Check the developer's map for specific spawn points.

You can't claim the same mount twice, and capturing one isn't guaranteed. Flying mounts are the rarest, with a 10% spawn rate, while ground mounts are more common, and water mounts can be purchased from the Boat Shop NPC. To get a mount, keep an eye out for the server message and race to the six possible locations. While mounts aren't essential for progression, a flying mount can significantly ease travel. We're still on the hunt for our flying mount, and we wish you luck in your quest!

That's the rundown on *Arise Crossover*. As the game evolves with updates, we'll keep this Beginner's guide updated. In the meantime, don't forget to check out the *Arise Crossover* codes for some fantastic freebies.
