What Level to Unlock Sandy
To start your journey towards the Afternoon-Tea Set, you need to unlock Sandy. Sandy becomes available to you when you reach levels 20-29. Within this range, you'll unlock two animals per level, so you might encounter Sandy anytime between level 20 and level 29.
After meeting Sandy, engage with her by completing any requests she has and chatting with her whenever she appears on the map. To invite her to your campsite, you need to reach Friendship Level 5 with her. Additionally, you'll need to craft the following furniture:

How to Level Up Sandy Quickly
Once Sandy joins your campsite, your goal is to boost her Friendship Level to 15 to unlock her special request for the Afternoon-Tea Set. The fastest way to increase her friendship is by giving her snacks. Opt for Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats, with one Gold Treat providing 25 points. If you prefer not to use treats, you can give her snacks that fit her "Cool" theme:
- Chocolate Bar
- Tasty Chocolate Bars
- Gourmet Chocolate Bars
You can also increase friendship by engaging in conversations with Sandy and choosing the red dialogue options (like "Tell me a story!", "Need some help?", etc.). Changing her outfit can earn you additional friendship points if "Change outfit!" is highlighted in red.
If you've completed all of Sandy's requests and need more tasks, use a Request Card. This only works if Sandy is not at your campsite. If you can't find her on the map, a Calling Card can summon her to her location.

Crafting the Afternoon-Tea Set requires 24 hours and costs 10130 Bells. Here are the materials you'll need:
