Apple Arcade's August update is smaller than usual, but packs a punch with three significant additions, including a Vision Pro title. Leading the charge is Vampire Survivors+, an enhanced version of the acclaimed bullet-hell game, arriving August 1st. This title significantly expands upon the original, solidifying its position as a top contender in the genre.
Next up is Temple Run: Legends, a revamped take on the classic endless runner. Featuring a substantial story, character progression, and over 500 levels alongside the traditional endless mode, it launches alongside Vampire Survivors+.
Rounding out the trio is Castle Crumble, already an Apple Arcade staple, but now enhanced with a spatial-audio version for the Apple Vision Pro. This immersive experience allows players to witness the game's physics-based destruction in a completely new way.
This month's Apple Arcade update, while concise, delivers a strong lineup. A BAFTA-winning game, a refreshed classic, and expanded Vision Pro support make this a compelling offering for subscribers.
