- Dragon Ball Project: Multi has been rebranded as Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra
- This multiplatform MOBA just concluded a recent network test
- Players can anticipate a roster of new characters and a fresh game mode at launch
Few series, whether in anime or other media, possess the timeless appeal and enduring legacy of Dragon Ball. Although creator Akira Toriyama sadly passed away last year, the franchise continues to thrive. Bandai Namco recently announced that the MOBA-style fighter Dragon Ball Project: Multi will now be known as Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra.
Gekishin Squadra teams up iconic Dragon Ball characters in classic MOBA-style battles. While this may be a departure from traditional Dragon Ball games, it's filled with beloved faces and fan-favorite fighters.
Following the conclusion of a recent network test, we now have clearer insights into what Gekishin Squadra offers under its new identity. The test showcased the new Finders Keepers mode, where one team searches for hidden treasure chests while the other defends them.

Power Up
The recent network test also expanded the character roster, featuring series staples like Super Saiyan Goku & Vegeta. Longtime fans will welcome the return of favorites such as Super Uub, Dabura, and Full Power Bojack.
Gekishin Squadra has undergone multiple testing phases, with expectations for a full mobile release later this year. While some fans might prefer direct combat games like DBFZ, there's significant interest in discovering what Gekishin Squadra brings to the table.
