FFVII Remake & Rebirth Updates Fix Controller Issues

Fixes for Final Fantasy VII Remake are now available on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and PlayStation 5. This update resolves controller vibration issues. The game follows Cloud Strife, a former SOLDIER, as he fights alongside Avalanche to prevent Shinra Electric Power Company from devastating the planet.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the sequel continuing the story after the escape from Midgar, receives update 1.080. This update enhances the game's atmosphere and realism, improving the haptic feedback. The PC version launches January 23, 2025. This second installment expands the story significantly, emphasizing exploration.

While Final Fantasy XVI initially underperformed in May 2024, sales eventually slowed, ultimately missing its financial year projections. Exact sales figures remain undisclosed. Similarly, Square Enix hasn't revealed sales data for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which also fell short of internal targets.

However, Square Enix clarified that they don't consider Final Fantasy VII Rebirth a complete failure. They remain confident that Final Fantasy XVI can still meet its goals within the planned 18-month timeframe.
