一位原神玩家于2024年12月26日在Reddit上发布了Citlali家的位置。玩家Medkit-OW注意到Citlali在YouTube角色预告片中一个特别的镜头：Citlali用半开着的门缝透出的光看书，无意中露出了纳塔的悬崖景色。
在Tezcatepetonco山脉仔细搜索后，Medkit-OW找到了确切位置，位于夜风大师的南边。找到后，他在Reddit上发布了这个位置，并建议她的房子可能是抽取Citlali角色的好地方。
虽然地点实际上并不影响抽卡概率，但许多Reddit帖子中的玩家认为这是一个好运的象征。一位Reddit用户说：“即使它不影响结果，在对他们有意义的地方抽到角色仍然是一段美好的回忆。”其他玩家也分享了他们如何通过攒祈愿或抽卡来获得Citlali和另一个即将推出的角色Mavuika。玩家现在已经可以参观Citlali的家，但目前无法互动或进入。一些玩家还指出，预告片中显示的画在她门上的涂鸦尚未添加到游戏的当前版本中。
