This intriguing project, announced on March 31, 2025, is not an April Fools' Day jest, despite the timing causing some fans to initially question its legitimacy.

Pocketpair is keen to dispel any doubts: Palworld! More Than Just Pals is a genuine upcoming game, sparked by the team's 2024 April Fools' Day prank. The game is slated for release on PC via Steam at a yet-to-be-announced date.

In Palworld! More Than Just Pals, players will step into the shoes of a transfer student at the prestigious Palagos Private Academy. The game promises an immersive experience where players can forge friendships and romantic relationships with a diverse cast of student Pals. Characters such as the "cute" and "mysterious" Katress and the "timid" Chillet, familiar names from Palworld's creature roster, will feature prominently.
