Power Charges: Unleashing Overpowered Builds in Path of Exile 2
Power Charges are key to creating incredibly strong builds in Path of Exile 2. While not inherently powerful on their own, they act as fuel for specific skills, significantly boosting their effectiveness. This guide explains how Power Charges work and how to best utilize them.
What are Power Charges?

Power Charges function as temporary buffs. Skills like
Falling Thunder consume these charges to enhance their power. Many builds don't require Power Charges, but they are crucial for certain builds, such as the Tempest Flurry Invoker build. They behave similarly to Frenzy and Endurance Charges – inactive unless a skill or item specifically utilizes them.
