Who Is Ratatoskr in Marvel Rivals?
To successfully complete the Midnight Features II challenges and claim your rewards, you need to get acquainted with Ratatoskr. Contrary to the Investigation's claim that Squirrel Girl has turned into a monster, Ratatoskr is actually an Asgardian beast in the form of a squirrel. Historically, she served as a messenger for Asgard but has a history of escaping and causing chaos. Currently, Ratatoskr finds herself trapped in Dracula-controlled New York, and it's your mission to help her escape. Understanding her background is crucial for tackling this challenge effectively.
How to Rescue Ratatoskr in Central Park in Marvel Rivals
Central Park serves as the special map for Season 1.5, much like Midtown did at the start of Season 1. Unlike other maps in Quick Match and Competitive, which are randomly selected, players can choose to play on Central Park at their convenience. However, rescuing Ratatoskr five times quickly will require a bit of luck.
When playing in Central Park, you'll spot a giant squirrel chained up in the center of the map, regardless of whether you're on the attacking or defending team. This is Ratatoskr, and to rescue her, you must be on the attacking side. Central Park operates similarly to other Convoy maps, meaning your team needs to reach Ratatoskr's location and fill up the progress bars to free her. But the challenge doesn't end there; you must also transport her to the opposite side of the map to secure victory.
This task requires persistence, as there's no guaranteed way to ensure you're on the attacking team. You'll need to play Central Park repeatedly until you successfully free Ratatoskr five times. Keep in mind that both the Central Park mode and the Midnight Features II challenges are available for a limited time, so don't delay. While working on this challenge, you can also tackle other quests from Midnight Features III.
