This update significantly expands the gameplay experience. Online multiplayer now supports up to eight players, doubling the previous limit, allowing for even more collaborative farming, fishing, and building. Customization options abound with new furniture styles and over 25 unique hats. Complete quests and festival events to earn prize tickets, redeemable at a prize machine located in Lewis' house.
After maxing out your initial pet's affection, you can now have multiple pets, each potentially bringing gifts. And the best part? You can now dress them in hats! Observe the charming detail of NPCs sporting winter attire.
A golden Joja parrot assists in locating the elusive golden walnuts on Ginger Island. Expand your farming repertoire with the addition of carrots, summer squash, broccoli, powdermelon, and two new giant crops.
The delay in releasing the 1.6 update for mobile and consoles was attributed to thorough PC testing to identify and resolve any potential bugs before the wider release. Now, in November, you can dive into the new fishing events, bond with your new pets, and cultivate the new crops!
