Stellars Blade Jiggle Update Released

Dec 12,2024 Author: Gabriella

Stellar Blade's latest update introduces several exciting new features, including visual enhancements to character animations. Developer Shift Up describes these as “visual improvements of conflicts between EVE's body,” a change that has garnered significant attention from players.

The update makes the previously limited-time Stellar Blade Summer Event a permanent addition, toggleable at the player's discretion. Other improvements include enhanced quality of life features, new map markers, and a handy "Ammo Package" item for instant ammo replenishment.

However, the most discussed alteration is the noticeable increase in the animation of Eve's physique. The updated physics engine results in a more pronounced, dynamic movement. This change is clearly evident when comparing before-and-after animations.

The enhanced physics also affects equipment, creating more realistic movement in windy conditions, described by some players as "real-time CG." While the effect is noticeable on Eve's character model, it’s worth noting the impact is most prominent in specific areas.

For a truly realistic physics simulation, further animation refinements could be considered, such as incorporating movement in her hair.
