50% Off SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless Gaming Headset

May 13,2025 Author: Matthew

For a limited time, Best Buy is offering an incredible deal on the SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless gaming headset, compatible with PC, PS4, and PlayStation 5, at just $139.99. That's a massive 50% off the original $280 list price, making it $50 cheaper than SteelSeries' own Easter Sale price of $189.99. The Arctis Pro was SteelSeries' flagship model before the release of the Arctis Nova Pro, and it's one of only two models that feature swappable batteries, adding to its appeal.

The SteelSeries Arctis Pro was the pinnacle of gaming headsets from SteelSeries until the Arctis Nova Pro took its place. It's packed with unique features like a standalone base station with a volume knob and OLED display, the ability to connect simultaneously via Bluetooth and 2.4GHz WiFi, and the standout feature: the **hot-swappable battery system**. This system ensures uninterrupted wireless gameplay by allowing you to swap batteries without downtime, as SteelSeries includes two batteries—one for use and one for charging in the base station.

The Arctis Pro doesn't skimp on build quality either. It features a robust headband made from a lightweight steel and aluminum alloy, and the suspension headstrap is designed for comfort during long gaming sessions. The ear cushions use AirWeave performance fabric, similar to that of the newer Arctis Nova Pro. The ClearCast boom microphone can be retracted when not in use, and the audio quality is top-notch, thanks to premium 40mm speaker drivers with high-density neodymium magnets, capable of delivering hi-res audio up to 40,000Hz.

SteelSeries Arctis Pro Review by Matt Elliot

"The SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless excels with its premium build quality, comfortable design, and superior sound. The ingenious battery-swapping system ensures you're never left without power. However, for those looking for a wired option, the Arctis Pro + GameDAC offers similar comfort and versatility for $70 less. Alternatively, the wireless Arctis 7 provides a budget-friendly option at less than half the price."

The Arctis Pro was succeeded by the Arctis Nova Pro in 2022. Currently, the best price for a new pair of Nova Pros is $270 on Amazon. While the Nova Pro boasts upgrades like active noise cancellation and USB Type-C charging, it's significantly pricier than the Arctis Pro, making the current deal on the Arctis Pro even more attractive.
