If you're in the market for a versatile controller that works seamlessly across multiple platforms, look no further! Amazon is currently offering a fantastic deal on the 8BitDo Pro 2 controller, complete with an official travel case, at a 25% discount off the regular price. Known for its sleek SNES-inspired design, this controller excels with both retro and modern games due to its enhanced grips and thumbsticks.
Check out the details below for more information on this incredible offer:
Upgraded Hall Effect Thumbsticks
Regular Price: $59.99
Discounted Price: $44.99

The 8BitDo Pro 2 is packed with features typical of high-end controllers, including customizable back buttons and remappable options via the 8BitDo Ultimate Software app. It’s compatible with a wide range of devices such as Nintendo Switch, PC, Steam Deck, iOS, and Android.
Since our review in 2021, this controller has been significantly upgraded with Hall effect joysticks, eliminating stick drift and ensuring smoother performance while extending the lifespan of its components.
Although Nintendo hasn't officially confirmed compatibility with all Bluetooth controllers for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, previous models like the Joy-Con and Pro Controller have been confirmed as compatible. Therefore, it’s highly probable that the 8BitDo Pro 2 will work flawlessly, too.
Given that 8BitDo products are manufactured and shipped from China, this deal might represent the best opportunity to purchase the Pro 2 at a competitive rate. Recent tariffs on Chinese imports have already impacted pricing, and while 8BitDo temporarily paused shipments to the U.S., they later resumed. However, future price increases seem increasingly likely.
