AFK Arena New Season 'Chains of Eternity' Release Date Announced

The free-to-play RPG AFK Journey is known for its regular seasonal content updates. Every few months, a new season introduces a fresh map, story additions, and new heroes. Here's the release date for the upcoming season, "Chains of Eternity."

Chains of Eternity Season Release Date

The Chains of Eternity season launches globally on January 17th. However, for players on servers younger than 35 days, access depends on meeting these prerequisites:

• Reach Resonance level 240.
• Complete all pre-season AFK stages.

Meeting these requirements and having a server at least 35 days old ensures you'll receive the update on the official release date.

New Content in Chains of Eternity

Chains of Eternity brings more than just a new map and story. Expect these additions:

• New Heroes: Lorsan (Wilder), Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
• New Boss: Illucia (Dream Realm boss)

This season also introduces significant gameplay changes:

• Daily AFK progress cap.
• Paragon level adjustments: Paragon levels will offer significantly greater impact.
• Exclusive Equipment enhancements: The upgrade from +15 to +20 for Exclusive Equipment will provide a substantial boost. While this increases the value of investing in Supreme+ units, it's important to note the increased cost of these upgrades.
