Angry Birds 2 Revives Space with New Gameplay

Rovio Entertainment has unveiled Angry Birds 2 Space, a limited-time in-game community event that brings back the beloved Space biome with exciting new mechanics and an enhanced cosmic environment.

When does Angry Birds 2 Space begin?

The event is scheduled from October 24th to November 21st on Android, responding to years of player demand for the Space biome's return.

This galactic adventure encourages community collaboration, where players worldwide join forces to gather feathers as one global flock. A real-time progress bar on the official Angry Birds 2 Space website tracks everyone's collective achievements live.

As feather milestones are reached, players unlock various rewards including in-game currency, cosmetic items, and bonus feathers. Ultimately, the community's efforts will culminate in launching Red, the series' iconic bird, into outer space.

New gameplay features include a planetary gravity system that lets you slingshot birds around orbiting planets to smash pig structures from surprising angles.

Weekly themed events add to the excitement

Each week brings new challenges with Gravity Defying Elements across multiple planets. You'll encounter standard gravity worlds, Reverse Planets that push birds away, and massive Mega Planets. These celestial arenas feature Gravity Zones and Gravitational Wind that dynamically alter birds' trajectories.
