Goat Simulator+ has a "Mass Affection" event with hidden bouquets. Fruit Ninja Classic+, Lego Duplo World+, and Barbie Color Creations+ also offer seasonal content, including a Sweet Hearts Blade, a heart puzzle, and Galentine’s Day stickers.
