Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition, a new iteration of the popular survival game, is launching on mobile devices tomorrow, December 18th! Available on iOS and (hopefully soon) Android, this release promises a comprehensive experience.
This isn't just a port; Ark: Ultimate Mobile Edition includes the base game and a massive five expansion packs: Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, and Genesis Parts 1 & 2. This equates to thousands of hours of gameplay, according to developer Studio Wildcard.
For those unfamiliar, Ark: Survival Evolved helped define the open-world survival genre, adding dinosaurs to the mix. In this mobile edition, you'll be stranded on a tropical island, battling dinosaurs and other players, progressing from primitive tools to advanced weaponry and dinosaur companions. Dominate the island and claim victory!
The inclusion of five expansion packs sets this mobile version apart. While the performance on older devices remains to be seen, the sheer volume of content is impressive.
