Training Stimulants are a crucial item in Atomfall that enable you to unlock various skill upgrades for your character. Easily identifiable by their B.A.R.D label on the container lid, these stimulants are scattered throughout every region of the game, including The Interchange.

While you might occasionally find these containers on their own, they are most commonly found inside large yellow B.A.R.D crates, which also contain other useful supplies. In some cases, you may even stumble upon multiple stimulants at a single location. Fortunately, they don't occupy inventory space, so you can collect them without worrying about your inventory limits.

The game features four distinct skill categories: Ranged Combat, Melee Combat, Survival, and Conditioning. The first two categories enhance your proficiency with different types of weaponry. Survival skills focus on gathering items and disarming traps, while Conditioning skills boost your physical resilience, such as increasing your health bar and improving heart rate recovery.

Remember, unlocking most skill upgrades requires multiple Training Stimulants, encouraging thorough exploration. To access higher tiers within each skill category, you'll also need to find Mastery Manuals.

Lastly, use your Training Stimulants wisely, as your choices are permanent and cannot be reversed.
