Camel Up offers a unique twist on the classic horse racing game, featuring five camels racing around the track on the game board. Players place bets on which camel will cross the finish line first. The race's outcome hinges on dice rolls, which are dispensed from a pyramid dice shaker, with betting opportunities between each roll. Early bets promise higher rewards, with payouts for the top two finishers.
The game introduces an element of unpredictability, as camels can stack on top of each other, potentially carrying others towards the finish line. The second edition adds new game modes, including rogue camels that move backward on the track, adding extra excitement.
Perfect for 3-8 players aged 8 and up, each game session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, making it a quick and enjoyable addition to any game night. The game's box, board, and components are vibrantly designed, enhancing the overall experience. With this discount, it's an excellent time to add Camel Up to your collection.
In other board game news, several UNO variations are on sale this week at Target, including the standard edition and Show 'Em No Mercy.
