If you're a true Potterhead, you'll know that the number 7 holds a special significance in the world of Harry Potter. With the series boasting 7 books and Voldemort creating 7 intentional Horcruxes, it's no surprise that the 7th anniversary of Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is anything but ordinary.
Seven Years of Spells, Duels, and Detentions!
Since its launch in 2018, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery has allowed players to craft their own journey within the Wizarding World, complete with memorable encounters like those with Merula in the corridors. Fresh off winning a Webby award for its Beyond Hogwarts expansion last year, the game is marking its 7th anniversary with an array of exciting rewards.
Let's dive into what the Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery 7th anniversary has in store. First up is an Anniversary Sweepstakes running through April. Simply log in and check your postbox for a chance to win a Butterbeer and Mugs Gift Set, a Magnet Bottle Opener, and a Harry Potter Mystery Box.
Moreover, three pairs of tickets to Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway are up for grabs. Start logging in daily from April 25th through May 8th to enter; it's an opportunity you won't want to miss.
The Hogwarts Diary storyline is taking a spooky turn with mysterious disasters plaguing the castle, and whispers suggest that the school founders might be involved. This intriguing plot is available to explore now, so don your detective hat and start investigating.
Over at the Creature Reserve, things are getting even more interesting with the arrival of two Horned Serpents, an unusual occurrence. Plus, a spiny, ocean-dwelling creature is set to join your collection soon.
