• Quest Rewards: One from "For a Tomorrow Without Tears" (Prologue Act II), another from "Song of the Dragon and Freedom" (Prologue Act III).
• Adventure Rank Rewards: Obtain one each at Adventure Rank 27, 37, and 46 from Katheryne at the Adventurers' Guild.
• Purchase: One from Marjorie at "With Wind Comes Glory" for 225 Anemo Sigils.

Geo Traveler: Memory of Immovable Crystals

• Quest Rewards: One from Chapter I, Act II ("Farewell, Archaic Lord"), and another from Chapter I, Act III ("A New Star Approaches").
