The Warhammer Skulls 2025 event has been packed with exciting announcements, introducing new games, DLCs, and significant updates throughout the Warhammer universe. For mobile gaming enthusiasts, Warhammer 40,000 is set to enhance two popular titles, Tacticus and Warpforge, by introducing the Adeptus Custodes and Emperor’s Children factions, respectively.
Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus is expanding its roster with the addition of the Adeptus Custodes, an elite Imperium faction renowned as the Emperor’s personal guardians. These warriors are more formidable, resilient, and better equipped than the iconic Space Marines.
Players can engage with the Adeptus Custodes in a thrilling new Legendary Survival Event beginning on May 24th. Leading this elite force is Trajann Valoris, a character designed to endure heavy assaults while delivering devastating counterattacks.
To witness their prowess in action, check out the newly released trailer. Dive into the Survival Event by downloading the game from the Google Play Store and starting your adventure tomorrow.
In Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, the narrative takes a dark turn with the introduction of the Emperor’s Children. Originally loyal to the Imperium, they defected during the Horus Heresy to serve Slaanesh, the Chaos god of excess and indulgence.
The Emperor’s Children faction features three distinct warlords. Lord Kaphrael, a specialist in eliminating enemy champions, commands the Callous Blades warband. Xarahan embodies arrogance, while Lucius the Eternal brings his centuries of dueling expertise to the battlefield.
Their gameplay mechanics reflect their chaotic nature. Cards marked with Ecstasy trigger effects when their health reaches specific thresholds. Cruelty rewards players for damaging foes without finishing them off. Stimulation activates when a unit is targeted by a stratagem, and Combat Elixirs generate additional stratagems to enhance the faction's twisted strategies.
Discover more about the Emperor’s Children in the trailer below. To experience these new dynamics, players can access them through new booster packs and DLC, with a full deck available upon completing the first step of their campaign. Download the game from the Google Play Store to get started.
In addition to these exciting faction updates, the Warhammer 40,000 universe is set to expand with the upcoming release of a new game, Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000. Stay tuned for more details on this anticipated addition.
