Amazon Prime Video has exciting news for fans of the post-apocalyptic series Fallout, announcing a December 2025 release window for Season 2. The streamer didn't stop there; they also confirmed a renewal for Season 3 during their annual upfront presentation in New York City on Monday. This early renewal suggests a strong confidence in the show's future, especially since Season 2 just wrapped filming last week.
The executive producers, Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, expressed their enthusiasm in a joint statement: "The holidays came a little early this year - we are thrilled to be ending the world all over again for a third season of Fallout. On behalf of our brilliant cast and crew, our showrunners Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner, and our partners at Bethesda, we're grateful to our incredible collaborators at Amazon MGM Studios and to the amazing fans as we continue our adventures in the wasteland together."

The announcement of Season 2's release in 2025 might come as a surprise to many, considering the recent completion of filming and the disruptions caused by the LA fires earlier this year. Many had speculated that new episodes wouldn't be available until early 2026. However, Amazon's commitment to a December 2025 window shows that the Fallout series is progressing rapidly.
While a specific release date for Season 2 hasn't been set, the news indicates that Amazon Prime Video is pushing forward with the show's production at full speed.
Warning! Potential spoilers for the Fallout TV show follow.
