Marvel Studios has unveiled a teaser trailer for their upcoming film, The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The brief clip, titled "PREPARE 4️⃣ LAUNCH," showcases children excitedly gathered before a shop window displaying vintage television sets. The screens depict a rocket launch, the Fantastic Four donning space suits, and the "Prepare 4 Launch" message. The 1960s retro-futuristic setting is clearly established through the TVs and overall aesthetic. Two additional screens are partially obscured.

Set for release on July 25th, 2025, the film stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. Ralph Ineson portrays Galactus, and Julia Garner is Silver Surfer. Supporting roles include Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles. Matt Shakman directs, with Kevin Feige producing.

At New York Comic Con (NYCC) in October, attendees saw artwork featuring several key MCU figures, including a first look at the live-action H.E.R.B.I.E. (Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics).
Speculation abounds regarding Robert Downey Jr.'s potential return as Doctor Doom, either in The Fantastic Four: First Steps or through a teaser. Feige has confirmed the Fantastic Four's appearances in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
