While the first entry in the Final Fantasy 7 Remake trilogy was just announced for Xbox, the second chapter, Rebirth, remains a standout exclusive for PS5 and PC.
If you haven't grabbed it yet, you can get the ambitious open-world installment for half price thanks to Amazon-owned retailer Woot.
PS5
$69.99 save 50% $34.99 at Woot
Woot has discounted the game from its original $69.99 price to $34.99 as part of a limited-time video game sale ending in a few days.
There's more good news. Since Woot is part of Amazon, the purchase includes the exclusive 2024 pre-order bonus: a sleek controller skin, which you'll find inside the package.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth features a vast world composed of interconnected hubs, offering numerous side activities like the famous Golden Saucer amusement park.
For just $35, you're getting an incredible amount of additional gameplay that could keep you busy until Part 3 arrives.
It's worth noting that Rebirth won't receive any DLC expansions like the first game's Intergrade. The Square Enix team is focusing on releasing Part 3 as quickly as possible.
Our review praised the game, stating, "Final Fantasy VII Rebirth masterfully expands on Remake's foundation, delivering a top-tier action-RPG full of thrilling challenges and a breathtaking reimagining of a beloved world," and gave it a 9/10 rating.
