Activating cheats in GTA 4 is simple: Access Niko's phone (Up on the D-pad or equivalent keyboard key), open the keypad (Up again), dial the code, press Call, and enjoy! Once entered, cheats are saved under "Cheats" in your phone for easy reactivation.
Unfortunately, no direct money cheat exists in GTA 4. Focus on missions and side jobs for a legitimate wealth boost.
