The story synopsis teases, "Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. Jason Duval, a former soldier, is trying to escape his troubled past but finds himself entangled with local drug runners in Leonida Keys. His meeting with Lucia could be his turning point, for better or worse.

Lucia Caminos, on the other hand, learned to fight from her father at a young age. Her rough upbringing led her to Leonida Penitentiary, but upon release, she's determined to make smart moves to provide a better life for her mother, whom she hopes to reunite with in Liberty City.
