Hades 2 will debut as a timed console exclusive for Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, with a confirmed release date of September 25, 2025.
As showcased in the September 2025 Nintendo Direct, Hades 2 runs at a smooth 120 frames per second in TV mode on the upcoming Switch 2.
Supergiant's highly anticipated action title is currently in early access on PC. The developer confirmed Hades 2 version 1.0 launches on September 25, marking its full release across all platforms. No release dates have been announced for PlayStation or Xbox.
"Enjoy blazing-fast 120fps gameplay in TV Mode on Nintendo Switch 2, or 60fps on Nintendo Switch with a complimentary upgrade to Switch 2," the developer stated. Cross-save functionality allows players to transfer progress between Steam, Epic Games Store, and Nintendo platforms.
