In Honkai: Star Rail, the Eternal Holy City Okhema is the first map players encounter upon arriving in Amphoreus. This expansive map is split into two key areas: Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. Following a tumultuous journey after a train coach attack, players are introduced to this new planet by Phainon, who also acquaints them with pivotal characters within Amphoreus.
Eternal Holy City Okhema Treasure Locations in Honkai: Star Rail

Within the Eternal Holy City Okhema, players can discover a wealth of collectibles: 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Flying Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. For an optimized treasure hunt, bringing along 'The Herta' can be advantageous, as her Technique marks several unclaimed treasure chests on the map. Additionally, Topaz's companion, Numby, alerts players to nearby chests, guiding them directly to the loot.
The locations marked in blue signify Golden Short Spears, those in purple indicate Spirithiefs, and yellow marks denote Golden Scapegoat puzzles.
