If you're on the hunt for the elusive Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card, your best chance is to snag it pre-installed in a ready-made gaming PC. Currently, HP stands out as the only online retailer offering an RTX 5090 prebuilt gaming PC for under $5,000. To secure this powerhouse, you'll need to follow specific configuration steps. Although HP's estimated delivery date of June 3rd might seem overly optimistic, if you're determined to get your hands on this card, it's worth the effort.

Follow these steps to configure your PC:
Nvidia unveiled their 50-series GPUs at CES 2025, focusing heavily on integrating AI features and DLSS 4 technology to enhance gameplay over the previous generation. Despite this shift, the RTX 5090 has emerged as the most potent consumer GPU available, showcasing a 25%-30% performance increase over the RTX 4090, along with 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM.
"The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 has officially surpassed the RTX 4090 in performance, albeit with a less dramatic leap than seen in past generations. In terms of traditional, non-AI gaming performance, the RTX 5090 offers one of the smallest generational uplifts we've seen recently. However, in games that support it, DLSS 4 delivers significant performance boosts – though you'll need to accept that 75% of the frames are AI-generated."
The Omen 45L stands as HP's premier gaming PC and is considered one of the top prebuilt gaming PCs on the market. This model boasts HP's largest chassis, featuring ample cooling with four 120mm fans for system airflow, and a 240mm to 360mm all-in-one liquid cooling solution for the CPU. It comes equipped with a robust 1,200W 80Plus Gold power supply and the latest components, including an Intel Z790 motherboard, Kingston FURY DDR5 RGB memory, and a WD Black M.2 SSD. The chassis combines steel and tempered glass with RGB lighting, offering a premium yet understated aesthetic that doesn't overtly shout "gamer."
