While insiders had already leaked her concept art and gameplay, this time it's official: meet Varesa, a 5-star Electro character who wields a Catalyst in battle. Her reveal has set the community abuzz with anticipation!

Varesa is described by Iansan as:

"Varesa, my most peculiar student… No one matches her easygoing, carefree nature. No matter where she travels, she’s like a child on an adventure—always searching for delicious treats or a cozy spot to rest... But beware! If you ever fight Abyss monsters with her, the moment she gets into the zone, she turns into an unstoppable force!"

Alongside Varesa, update 5.5 introduces Iansan, a beloved NPC who's stepping into the playable roster as a 4-star Electro user wielding a Polearm. Previously just a background character, Iansan is now ready to shine in the spotlight.
