The main event, "The Queen's Lament," plunges players into the haunted ruins of Queen Philomia's palace. Strange nocturnal singing has unsettled Florawish's inhabitants, prompting Nikki and Momo to investigate. This leads to a thrilling exploration of forgotten secrets, unsettling atmospheres, and a new dungeon: Queen's Palace Ruins: Inner Court. After conquering the dungeon, players can find solace in a haunting nighttime piano performance alongside Ms. Glove in a high tower within the ruins.

The side event centers around Bullquet, a legendary creature in a mysterious deep slumber. The Wondrous Life Association seeks Nikki's aid to restore Bullquet's vitality. This heartwarming quest offers a contrast to the eerie main event.
Eerie Season also introduces numerous new outfits. Players receive 15 Revelation Crystals and the "Dream Chaser" outfit for free. The Heartfelt Gifts Store adds three more free outfits, totaling nine across the three versions.
