Ambitious life sim inZoi is confirmed for PS5 release in 2026 — though Xbox players may face a longer wait.
Publisher Krafton hasn't shared specific timing details beyond confirming the PlayStation 5 version's arrival sometime next year — leaving fans without even an approximate launch window yet. The company stated on social media: "Our team is fully focused on delivering the optimal PS5 experience."
The developer clarified that while an Xbox release "remains under consideration," it hasn't received official confirmation. Disappointing news for Xbox enthusiasts.
This god-game simulation empowers players to shape realities and explore limitless life scenarios. Its inaugural free expansion, Island Getaway, drops August 20 — coinciding with the Mac platform launch.
The Southeast Asian-inspired DLC incorporates player feedback from Early Access testing. Alongside the tropical Cahaya archipelago, the update introduces aquatic activities and agricultural gameplay.
IGN's review scored inZoi 6/10, noting: "This visually impressive life simulator shows promise but lacks depth in its current Early Access state."
Recently, Krafton responded to concerns about dwindling Steam player numbers, emphasizing that as a primarily single-player title, sales figures better reflect engagement than concurrent users.
